- Images or screenshots you submit for song identification
- Account information (email, name) if you sign in with Apple or Google
- Usage data and crash reports via Sentry and PostHog
- Device identifiers for push notifications (if enabled)
How We Use Your Information
- To identify songs from screenshots you provide
- To maintain and improve the app
- To send notifications you've opted into
- To diagnose bugs and crashes
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Images submitted for identification are processed and not permanently stored beyond what is necessary to return a result.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage)
- Sentry (crash reporting)
- PostHog (analytics)
- Spotify & SoundCloud APIs (music data)
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at itscalledjawa@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
Jawa Music is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
